Note for non-academic and/or PhD student applicants: Like most peer-reviewed, academic journals, ROMchip is run on volunteer "service" labor. This is a norm within academia, where a professional academic's full-time employment at an institution of higher education theoretically subsidizes our unpaid participation in activities that provide "service to the field." However, this is also what makes us reluctant to solicit candidates who are not employed full-time in academia, or who are already precariously positioned and need paid support (ie, PhD students). All interested parties are welcome to apply, but we do wish you to be fully informed on the industry-specific dynamics of academic service work.
- A letter of intent outlining your interest and relevant experience (1 pg max)
- CV
- Name, affiliation, and email for two references
